Key Responsibilities- Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of property managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our properties.
- Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, while ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience: Minimum five consecutive years of experience in property management or a related field, with at least three years of experience overseeing 5 or more properties.
- LIHTC Experience: Direct experience in LIHTC and other affordable housing programs.
- Education: A degree from a four-year college is preferred, but experience and industry designations in lieu of a degree are possible considerations.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people and personality types.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in Yardi Residential a plus.
