Job Summary

SOSi is seeking a highly skilled Process Coordinator to support a project for our government customer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process data gathered by immigration officers/agents for initial intake of detainees.
  • Maintain the well-being of detainees outside of a secure complex, inventorying, tagging, and storing personal property for tracking purposes.
  • Communicate effectively in the Spanish language to ensure seamless interactions with detainees and colleagues.
  • Log the status of welfare checks, conduct visual inspections of temporary holding areas, and input information into the appropriate processing system.
  • Draft and maintain administrative paperwork and reports related to property, transportation, and deportation documentation.
  • Enter data into the customer portal, linking family units and family groups in e3.
  • Store property and conduct inventories.
  • Conduct roll calls and perform duties related to the care of those in custody.
  • Update modules with cell assignments and custodial actions, including food, medical, phone calls, and other amenities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related job experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have lived in the US for 3 out of the past 5 years.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to pass an SSBI government background investigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
