Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process information from immigration officers for initial detainees' intake and maintenance.
- Ensure detainees' well-being by handling personal property inventorying and tagging, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish to facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Record welfare checks, conduct inspections, and input data into the system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and process administrative paperwork related to property and deportation, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Enter data into the system, connect family units in e3, and manage property, conduct inventories, and perform roll calls to ensure efficient operations.
- Update modules with assignments and custodial actions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in process coordination, immigration services, or a related field.
- US Citizenship and residency for at least 3 out of the last 5 years.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to pass a government background investigation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
