Job Title: Convention Services Manager

Heritage Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Convention Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the successful execution of events at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and hotel sales teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, including room blocks, food and beverage, and public meeting space.
  • Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards of quality and service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or catering sales in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Delfi and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 20+ pounds occasionally.
