Job Summary

XPEL is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and managing paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development and Management: Develop and manage paid search campaigns to achieve business objectives, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign budgets and targeting.
  • Conversion Tracking and Attribution: Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google & Meta Ads and other PPC channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Paid Marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on ads performance, optimizations, and recommendations.
  • Communication and Budget Management: Manage and reconcile paid advertising budget and spending, including bid management, and communicate key learnings and actionable strategy to internal stakeholders.
  • Bid Management and Data Modeling: Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of Paid campaigns.
  • Sector Analysis and Performance Improvement: Conduct thorough sector analysis to help expand and evolve content, and analyze campaign performance to devise appropriate actions for maintaining, increasing visibility, and ROI.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and minimum 5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio, knowledge of keyword research tools and bid management platforms.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly and effectively, and strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Additional Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Apps, experience with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign performance, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices.
