Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software tools, applications, APIs, processes, and solution architectures to support the implementation of the next generation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software tools, applications, APIs, processes, and solution architectures
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs
  • Ensure software solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure
  • Identify and prioritize software development projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Develop and maintain software development processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience required
  • Strong technical skills, including software development, testing, and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
