The Territory Sales Consultant position is focused on promoting Nestlé products within retail and commercial venues, specifically targeting a defined group of retailers. This role is primarily home-based, covering a designated sales area.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

Introduce additional product lines to clients.

Resolve distribution gaps and establish secondary product placements.

Ensure compliance with Planogram (POG) standards.

Identify and rectify Out of Stock (OOS) and Out of Shelf Availability (OSA) issues as highlighted through sales reports.

Placement Strategy

Confirm adherence to POG guidelines.

Distribute Point of Sale (POS) materials and Incentive Reward Coupons (IRCs) as needed.

Ensure an appropriate product assortment at non-POG locations.

Promotional Activities

Achieve or surpass promotional sales targets, reflecting success by implementing price reductions, displays, local events, POS materials, digital promotions, and IRCs for all assigned accounts.

Guarantee alignment with corporate promotional strategies by pre-selling and upselling display quantities, while capturing additional display and sales opportunities.

Administrative Duties

Participate in all scheduled meetings as directed by management.

Analyze weekly deployment reports and prepare necessary information for each activity.

Utilize Power BI reports to assess performance and address potential opportunities.

Communication

Share successes, competitor activities, and market insights through internal communication platforms.

Document all required information in the Nestlé Mobile Sales Application as necessary.

Manage the overall Nestlé relationship, ensuring effective store deployment and execution.

Conduct regular business reviews with store management.

Actively share best practices, solutions, and insights with the team to drive results.

Communicate competitive and market intelligence to Sales and Account Management teams.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

1-2 years of proven success in Retail Sales or Consumer Goods is preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Open to innovative approaches and new methodologies.

Ability to identify challenges and engage others to facilitate immediate solutions.

Exhibit leadership capabilities through direct or cross-functional teamwork.

Willingness to learn the responsibilities associated with the role.
