Job Overview

Tatte Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in the Boston market. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and driving the success and growth of our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and production standards to ensure high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and storage to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending on formal degree or training.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and optimize kitchen operations.
  • High School education or equivalent, with a culinary degree or certification preferred.
