Compensation: Commission-Based Earnings

Position Summary: As a Solar Energy Sales Specialist, you will engage with both residential and commercial clients to promote solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company-generated solar leads and proactively seek new opportunities through various channels including networking and referrals.
  • Educate property owners and business managers on the advantages of solar energy, fostering relationships to generate interest.
  • Assess potential leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Design tailored solar proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate property conditions and discuss proposals.
  • Provide follow-up support to clients post-presentation.
  • Prepare contracts and guide clients through financing options.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and reach out to target demographics interested in solar solutions.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in solar sales and technical understanding.

  • A minimum of 3 years in a relevant sales role.
  • Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Experience in renewable energy development or project management is preferred.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary structure based on experience, including a draw, commission, health benefits, and paid time off.

Potential Earnings: $40,000 - $200,000
