Technical Sales Representative

Dayton Superior is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our Chemicals team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive business growth and improve market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the chemical industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
