Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and prospecting new business opportunities, as well as managing existing sales pipelines to ensure new business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Manage existing sales pipelines to ensure new business goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
