Job Summary

United Direct Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide client assistance through phone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions as required.
Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure timely and correct processing of client job orders.
Attend daily operations meetings to monitor and provide essential information for client job order processing.
Assist Sales Executives with client relations before, during, and after sales.
Work closely with Sales Executives to inform them on issues regarding clients and daily production schedules.
Consult with clients independently regarding design and processing of mail pieces within established timeframes.
Process and enter estimates for assigned client bases and new prospects.
Process and enter incoming job orders for assigned client bases and new prospects.
Monitor and follow up on client job order processing with production personnel.
Sign off and approve production job packets for order processing.
Sign off and approve job orders for invoicing.

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or three to eight years of experience in client services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the company and industry, including bindery processes, store front, data service functions, estimating, presort, digital print processes, inserting capabilities, inkjet/tab process, proofing, USPS regulations, prepress, paper and envelopes, and inventory management.
Ability to train others and work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
