Key Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Accounting Administrative Specialist, you will:

  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Post, code, and prepare monthly and daily payable checks
  • Reconcile accounts and balance financial statements
  • Manage receivables
  • Process new vehicle invoices from manufacturers
  • Record used vehicle acquisitions
  • Post retail and wholesale transactions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Understanding of coding payables using a chart of accounts, including expense and accrued accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and listening abilities
  • A professional demeanor and a positive outlook
