Job Summary

C2 Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training programs that align with client objectives and meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  • Conduct regular reviews of course content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and delivery.
  • Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators involved in delivering the course.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the curriculum development process.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design and delivery, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design tools, and multimedia technologies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification.
  • Previous experience developing courses or training programs for the Ready Relevant Learning program.
  • Certification in instructional design, curriculum development, or related field.
