Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field, with 3+ years' experience in training and curriculum development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience as a trainer and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience creating and developing training materials, programs, and presentations
