PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Treasury Management team by facilitating the integration of products and services along with new business deposit accounts. This position also provides essential assistance to business members regarding treasury management products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver prompt and knowledgeable treasury management support to both members and internal stakeholders, showcasing expertise in all treasury management offerings.
- Prepare and manage agreements and documentation related to treasury management products and services.
- Assist in the establishment of business deposit accounts as directed by the Treasury Management team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the setup and ongoing maintenance of treasury management products and services within relevant systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective onboarding of new treasury management members.
- Organize and conduct training sessions on treasury management products and services for members, including the installation of necessary equipment.
- Engage in meaningful discussions with members to identify their needs and promote additional products and services; refer them to internal partners as necessary.
- Ensure the accurate collection of treasury management fees and adherence to waiver and exception policies.
- Compile and prepare relationship reviews and risk assessments for members.
- Assist in the research and preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Support annual ACH and other regulatory audits as required.
- Maintain logs and reports related to departmental products and usage.
- Assist in the development of account analysis proformas and the creation of sales presentations and other materials.
- Process requests for mobile deposit, RDC, and ACH limit adjustments.
- Help members with applications for new business credit cards, payments, and limit increases.
- Work with internal partners to address unauthorized debit/credit card transactions and ACH/check affidavits.
- Stay informed about NACHA, compliance, and regulatory security requirements.
- Update departmental policies and procedures as directed by the VP of Treasury Relationship Management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in treasury management implementation, operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with treasury management solutions and operational processes.
- Knowledge of financial institution platforms and systems; experience with Fiserv Premier is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple detailed tasks with a high level of accuracy and urgency.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the work environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment and de-escalate issues when necessary.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be bondable.
