Marketing Generalist Role

As a Marketing Generalist at InfraSource, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies that align with our company's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and produce high-quality content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other communication platforms.
  • Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters, to effectively engage our target audience.
  • Assist in photo and video shoots to ensure content meets brand requirements and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain visually appealing content for our website to enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Maintain marketing databases, track expenses, and assist in administrative duties related to marketing operations.
  • Support budget management efforts by tracking expenses and providing necessary reports.
  • Gather comprehensive information on ongoing and completed projects through interviews, research, and collaboration with project managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining brand consistency and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
