You possess a deep understanding of building science and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You are a natural leader and mentor, with a talent for guiding teams and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project engagements, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement high-quality building science services, including roofing and cladding systems, waterproofing details, and testing plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Analyze and design building envelope systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Delegate tasks and assignments to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare technical reports, documenting findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and budgets for leadership review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct building enclosure experience.
- Associates degree (or higher) in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of design codes and industry standards.
