Amazon Sales Manager Position

The Amazon Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in maximizing sales opportunities with ***** Fashion brands on Amazon. This involves developing business plans that cater to the ecommerce channel and fostering internal and external alignment. The Sales Manager implements their strategy through cross-functional teamwork and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager establishes and nurtures customer relationships by understanding their needs and communicating them effectively. They collaborate with Amazon to devise mutually beneficial strategies and tactics, leveraging Amazon's key performance indicators to recommend items and brands.
- The Sales Manager is accountable for delivering revenue targets within the girls and preschool categories. This involves forecasting accurately, developing and leading joint business plans, and tracking POS to adjust plans accordingly. They utilize promotional support to boost sales and manage customer budgets.
- This role requires building internal relationships and working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, account support, logistics, accounts payable, finance, flow planning, and data management.
- The Sales Manager serves as a channel expert, sharing industry knowledge and staying abreast of trends across the site. They communicate new challenges, requirements, and trends internally.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, strong relationship building and collaboration skills, and excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. They should also have strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills, as well as a results-oriented approach with a sense of urgency.
- Sophisticated analytical and Excel skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a high-paced environment with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
