Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Activities Director to lead our activities team at Lake Pointe Health Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating resident-centered activities that promote engagement, socialization, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to diverse resident interests and needs
  • Collaborate with residents, family members, and staff to ensure inclusive and meaningful activities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to activities
  • Participate in meetings and committees to promote resident-centered care and community engagement
  • Identify opportunities for fundraising and community outreach
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in activities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
