Ace Wellness Center is seeking a licensed clinical therapist to provide essential mental health services. The therapist will offer individual, group, and family therapy to a select group of young adults in the northeast Ohio region. Our organization specializes in mental health support for children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, attention deficits, and learning difficulties that hinder their independence.

We employ a collaborative treatment model, assisting clients in various aspects including academic performance, executive functioning, life skills, wellness, and therapeutic interventions. Our commitment to delivering outstanding therapeutic services is reflected in our clinicians' engagement in supervision, case discussions, and ongoing training programs. Recently, our team has participated in advanced training in Mentalization Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Transference Focused Psychotherapy. Additionally, we offer bi-monthly group therapy consultations and psychoanalytic case discussions.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in meaningful clinical work while exploring diverse therapeutic techniques. We also implement an experiential therapy approach that integrates clinical practice with engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments upon admission and prepare discharge summaries
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans
Qualifications:
  • Active and valid licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, etc. in Ohio
  • Experience working with clients affected by trauma, PTSD, and various mental health disorders
  • Proficient in documenting clinical progress within an electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinical Director

$45,000 - $65,000 annually
