Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Empowered Community Services LLC. This role is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in maintaining enrollment targets, developing and implementing program curriculum, and promoting a culture of safety and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining enrollment targets, including conducting tours, educating families and caseworkers, and completing intake and annual meetings.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Empowered Community Services Branch, including front-line staff supervision, customer service, and communications to families and referral sources.
  • Develop and implement program curriculum, learning exercises, center activities, and community activities that promote the well-being and empowerment of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety and wellness, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of individuals served.
  • Assist in staff meetings, staff training, and developing staff competencies to ensure high-quality services.
  • Perform duties as a Community Inclusion Specialist, including direct care and transportation of individuals served, as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous quality improvement of Empowered services, facilities, and equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the Human Services Field, Healthcare, Sales, or a combination of experience.
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Drug Screen and Physical
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Drivers License and Bureau of Motor Vehicle Driver History Review
  • A commitment to providing excellent care and customer service
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, critical thinking skills, and creativity
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that require bending, reaching, transferring, assisting with transfers, and lifting individuals who require physical assistance
