Responsible for arranging intricate inpatient and outpatient Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology procedures. Effectively communicates surgical timelines to professional medical offices. Manages and escalates scheduling conflicts as necessary. Ensures accurate entry of patient charges for billing and maintains surgical records for business intelligence analytics. Conducts further research on patient charges and escalates issues as needed. Collaborates closely with management, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless communication throughout the department.
