Nursing Leadership and Coordination Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of House Supervisor at our facility. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of nursing personnel, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate and manage the nursing staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
- Monitor patient progress and make recommendations for care as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Current license to practice nursing in Alaska.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Previous House Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred.
