Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Samuel Contract Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out duties
  • Provide quality interactions with patients and staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility, copayments, and deductibles
  • Recover fees due at time of visit and reconcile daily cash drawer and fee slips
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Minimum one to two years of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy
