Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time role tasked with overseeing the complete recruitment process, which includes identifying potential candidates through various platforms, enhancing employee engagement, and organizing New Hire Orientation sessions. This position also involves managing onboarding procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, tracking training sessions, and performing additional assigned tasks. Furthermore, the HR Specialist will oversee the training management system, ensuring that both new and existing employees complete their annual training modules.

The role requires collaboration within a team setting, providing administrative assistance to executive committees and meetings, preparing and organizing employee documentation, managing licensure renewals, and facilitating employee training initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding processes, is preferred; background in healthcare is advantageous. Proven ability to mediate employee concerns and exercise sound judgment in decision-making. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the healthcare sector is preferred. Strong customer service skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary.
