Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to promote positive behavior and academic success.
- Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress to inform instruction and intervention.
- Provide direct support and intervention to students with disabilities, working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other service providers.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on students' progress and needs to ensure comprehensive support.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
