- Assist with at-need cemetery families, providing information on services offered and ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform blind checks, follow up on memorial renderings, and process paperwork for marker monument placement.
- Design memorials, notify families of flower placements, and set arrangement continuation appointments.
- Support graveside services, provide support to families, and log information for Family Service Counselors.
- Process accounts payable transactions, receive and process payments, and communicate client family needs to staff.
- Maintain professional relationships with county clerk, medical examiner, and physicians.
- High School or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in an office clerical or customer service capacity required.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, MS Office Suite, and basic mathematics skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
