Roku is a leading TV streaming platform, and we're looking for a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team. This pivotal leadership role oversees the strategic account management function, responsible for managing and growing Roku's partnerships with Advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agency Holding Company Relationships & programmatic executions with a proven expertise in managing large-scale operations within the advertising media sector.

About the Role

This role requires a unique blend of hands-on knowledge at the individual contributor level as well as leadership experience. As a Manager on the Client Services team at Roku, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of account management, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and compliance with industry standards. You'll also implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor and improve team and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary executive contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of account management, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor and improve team and campaign performance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of consultative experience in account management/client services at an Adtech company or media company.
  • At least 3 years of management experience and developing teams with roles progressing in responsibility.
  • Knowledge of the Roku platform and ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
