Job SummaryWe are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our high-energy team. This role requires building relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide escalation path for customer inquiries and complaints
- Recommend TLC offerings through cross-selling distribution and assemblies
- Foster collaboration with franchise line contacts as needed
- Assist Marketing in creating demand for TLC franchised products and value-added services
- Review data to determine actions needed to meet sales goals
- Utilize multiple software tools for data-driven activities, including PowerPoint presentations, data analysis, graph creation, and customer analytics
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Prior experience with CRM and ERP software
- Electronic/Electro-Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally within the US for overnight trips
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electro-mechanical components or manufacturing industry
- Medical Device aptitude and industry experience
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
