Global Airflow Sales Professional

Horton, Inc. is a leading provider of on and off-highway engine cooling solutions, seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Oil & Gas customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the Role
This is a professional sales position that combines commercial expertise with engineering skills. You will represent Horton in sales and engineering activities, focusing on Oil & Gas customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a large funnel of prospects to maximize new customer acquisition
- Ensuring customers are fully informed regarding products, pricing, and relevant innovations using personal visits, telephone calls, social media, and other means as appropriate
- Maintaining a high level of visibility with customers to review current and future needs, observe product applications, obtain competitive information needed by marketing and engineering to develop new products or features, and identify and pursue opportunities
- Concentrating on retaining existing clients by proactively taking action to ensure their satisfaction with service, quality, and price
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent degree
- 2 or more years of successful customer-facing experience as an application engineer or sales representative
- Oil and Gas experience strongly preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
