Job Summary:
Kyocera International, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Assistant 2 in Vancouver, WA.

The successful candidate will perform moderately complex administrative and clerical duties to assist line and staff managers under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Support accounting, sales, reception, or business systems
  • Communicate with various stakeholders via phone, video, and email
  • Lead small projects and report progress to management


Requirements:
  • High school education or GED
  • 2 years' experience in office clerical support/Admin role
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, database, forms, and company policies
