About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Heartland Hire. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide problem resolution and support.
  • Analyze customer service needs and communicate with technical and service departments as necessary.
  • Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates.
  • Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases.
  • Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced customer service representatives or designated departments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Typically No Relevant Experience Required
