Customer Service Coordinator for Facilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Facility Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and store staff.
- Order Processing: Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security.
- Quality Service: Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Operational Support: Assist with moving and loading product, and operate batch tinting equipment as needed.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience: At least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Material Handling: At least one year of work experience using material handling equipment.
- Sales Experience: Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Tinting Experience: Prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment.
