At L&N Federal Credit Union, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our members.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist members with their financial needs, offering solutions and using problem-solving skills to meet their requirements.
- Connect members with the correct channels of services, including member development officers and back-office services.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including typing, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone.
- Welcome members and provide routine information concerning services and connect them with banking or loan officers who can further assist.
- Balance cash drawers and perform daily transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality in employee matters and credit union operations.
- Cooperate and work together as a team with coworkers, maintain a neat work area, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements**
- A high school education or GED is required.
- 1-12 months of similar or related experience is preferred.
