Compensation: $16.25/hour plus shift differential

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM

Sign-On Bonus: $750

As a Customer Advocate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from our Voice Authentication lines
  • Assisting merchants with authorization code approvals
  • Providing accurate responses to basic merchant inquiries
  • Addressing questions regarding product features
  • Utilizing Global applications to resolve customer support and technical inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor

To succeed in this role, you must meet quality, productivity, attendance, educational, and punctuality standards.
