Position Summary:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in enhancing the community atmosphere and ensuring the upkeep of shared spaces. This position involves regular cleaning of hallways and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company professionally, exercising sound judgment and conduct.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Collect and dispose of waste as required.
  • Ensure a safe environment for residents and prevent accidents.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Effective and professional communication skills with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including climbing, walking, kneeling, standing, and bending for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with team standards.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation: Starting at $12.07 per hour or higher, depending on experience.
