We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to fill the role of Cleaner. In this position, Cleaners enhance the community atmosphere and assist in the rental process by ensuring that hallways and common areas are kept clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company professionally, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Collect and dispose of trash as required.
  • Ensure a safe environment for residents by preventing accidents.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Effective and professional communication skills with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to meet physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, twisting, and bending for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company policy.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation: Starting at $12.07 per hour or higher, based on experience.
