Position Overview
Role Summary: The Sanitation Technician at One Twenty Three plays a crucial role in ensuring that the environment remains pristine and welcoming for all guests.
We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive during nighttime hours to be part of our evening Cleaning Team. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be vital in upholding a safe and tidy atmosphere where experiences come to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas including auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and external premises on a daily basis.
- Daily responsibilities include vacuuming, waste disposal, carpet care, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning seating areas and restrooms, window washing, and more.
- Perform seasonal maintenance tasks as required, such as snow removal.
- Follow safety guidelines by utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Keep track of custodial supply inventory.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability to commence work at midnight.
- Proven time management and efficiency skills.
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Robust work ethic and proactive approach.
- Ability to stand, move, climb stairs, lift up to 40 lbs, and operate cleaning machinery for extended periods.
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays.
- A passion for customer service, entertainment, and the art of cleanliness.
