The Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reports and dashboards for review by HUB Program management, which may be distributed to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and provide input to the modification of existing HUB reports developed and generated by the agency programming staff.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and/or logs.
- Communicate effectively with others to provide, exchange, or verify information.
- Perform research and data analysis.
- Knowledge of office procedures and computer software applications.
- Ability to analyze and present data and information.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and apply instructions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
This is a temporary position that requires regular and predictable attendance.
