About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for presenting our HGV ownership programs and products to pre-qualified guests and potential owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and understand their travel interests to offer personalized solutions.
  • Promote our luxury vacation ownership products to generate sales volume and leads.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize selling concepts and strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Generate referral leads and promote a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Attend sales training sessions and maintain business standards for sales volume, ethics, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
