We are seeking a highly accomplished professional to join our team as the Director of Dining Services at Vi Living. This is a unique opportunity to lead all aspects of dining services in our food and beverage operations, including our care venues.
As a member of our management team, you will have significant responsibility for ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of dining services, including food and beverage operations, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of culinary professionals, including chefs, cooks, and servers, to ensure exceptional service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote our dining services and attract new customers.
- Manage budgets, reports, and staff to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 10 years of progressive experience in quality food and beverage operations management in a high-end restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company.
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgets, reporting, training, and staff management skills.
- Current state health and sanitation certification.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation is a plus.
- Possess or be willing to obtain CDM and Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE), as required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
- Some College is required. Bachelor's Degree in related field (Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business) is preferred.
