Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at DEMDACO. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our product lines at the retail level, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and sell DEMDACO product lines to retail partners
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue targets and territory objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Outside sales experience selling business-to-business, preferably in the gift industry
  • Strong understanding of sales process, including needs assessment, qualifying, contracting, and follow-up
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to customer needs and provide effective presentations
  • Experience with independent retail and regional key accounts
  • Sound decision-making skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
