- Prospect, qualify, and sell DEMDACO product lines to retail partners

- Report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Outside sales experience in the gift industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including needs assessment, qualifying, and contracting
- Ability to develop creative solutions to customer needs and provide excellent customer service
- Experience working with independent retail and regional key accounts
- Sound decision-making skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other technology tools
