Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Stryker. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer support in a designated territory, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to meet established goals, including product introductions and in-services for customers
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the territory to identify key target accounts and generate sales leads
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed of new products, supply/inventory, and pricing trends
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
  • Support market development efforts to increase the number of patients available to receive our treatment
  • Participate in professional society meetings/trade shows to promote Stryker's products
  • Support activities related to driving enrollment in our Clinical Trials
  • Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of clinical sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
