Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking multiple engineers at various levels to tackle electromagnetic integration challenges for radar and sensor systems on naval platforms. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing comprehensive life-cycle support for radar systems, starting with Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) engineering during development.
2. Conducting detailed analyses to develop mitigation strategies for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) predictions related to radar systems.
3. Performing computational assessments of EMI and compatibility for Spectrum Dependent Systems (SDS) on naval vessels.
4. Traveling to various sites for testing and certification purposes.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in computational analysis of radar RF emissions using tools such as MATLAB or Python.
- Proven experience in the research, development, testing, or integration of naval radar systems.
- Familiarity with RF testing instruments, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
- Experience in the naval engineering field or prior service in the US Navy.

Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Spectrum Dependent Systems (SDS) including radar and communications systems.
- Strong documentation and writing skills for engineering purposes.

Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of EMI concepts and RF systems field testing.

Clearance Requirement:
All candidates must possess an active DoD SECRET Clearance.
