Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:

  • Handles high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and active listening skills.
  2. Utilize computer databases and information technology systems to research information needed to respond to customer inquiries.
  3. Send escalation emails for unresolved matters that require additional support.


Requirements:

  • Must have previous customer service and call center experience.
  • Requires sound knowledge of Word, Excel, and excellent communication skills.
