Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
  • Perform the initial rough and fine sorts of incoming mail delivered via courier.
  • Maintain records of daily deliveries in the system and/or log book.
  • Scan all incoming deliveries once they are logged.
  • Sort deliverable items in accordance with the delivery route to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Understand privacy rules and do not tamper with packages or documents.
  • Deliver mail to end users in a timely manner.
  • Ensure recipients sign for their delivery upon receipt.
  • Contact courier/messenger companies regarding status of deliveries.
  • Maintain the Business Service Center area in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Monitor the level of office supplies on the floor and replenish and order accordingly.
  • Proactively seek out additional work during downtime.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and other teams.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees.
  • Train back-up and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Determine what additional support is needed when handling sensitive inquiries.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • 2+ years prior work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work assigned work hours determined by the manager.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position.

Salary Range:$16-$17 USD per hour.
