About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or service environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests
  • $52,000 - $62,000 per annum, based on location and experience
