We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team at AngelList. As a key member of our Customer Relations department, you will provide exceptional support to our clients by owning fund operation actions and product support issues for General Partners in your Team's book of business.

You will execute operational tasks efficiently and effectively by ensuring that processes are followed, goals are met, and standards are maintained. You will continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional client experience through accurate, concise, and action-oriented communications with GPs, their investors, and portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience within a rapidly growing startup or fintech organization, demonstrate a strong desire to engage in problem-solving activities, and actively seek opportunities for skill development and continuous learning. This is a hybrid role located in our NYC office, where you will be expected to come into the office 2-3 days a week. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and a Funders & Founders Program.
